On July 26-27, the mid year summary meetingof Dongfeng Antimony Industry in 2024 was held in the report hall on the 4thfloor of Dongfeng Antimony Industry Dahe Production Base. Xie Jianlong,Chairman of Dongfeng Antimony Industry, Gu Yusheng, Vice Chairman, Huang Yujin,Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Liu Ruoshui, Assistant to the President of JiefuGroup, Qin Shidun, General Manager of the Joint Stock Company, Zhao Xia, DeputyGeneral Managers, Lv Fangwei, Peng Xiaoying, Director of Human Resources, ZhangJiangang, Deputy Chief Engineer, Yu Ying, Deputy Chief Financial Supervisor,and executives of various subsidiary companies, as well as the heads of financeand general office, attended the meeting. Leaders from Jiefu Group'sPresident's Office and Financial Management Center also attended the meeting.The theme of this meeting is "Unity, Cooperation, andResponsibility", presided over by General Manager Qin Shidun and ChairmanXie Jianlong successively.
The meeting heard reports from DongguanJiefu, Guizhou Minmetals, Longkou Mining, Dongfeng Headquarters, and members ofthe joint stock company team, as well as the financial director, on the summaryof the first half of the year's business management work and the second half ofthe year's work plan. The attendees had sufficient communication and discussionon the summary reports of various companies and system centers, and activelyprovided suggestions on the existing problems.
At the meeting, Chairman Xie Jianlongpointed out that in the first half of the year, the company's safety andenvironmental protection situation faced great challenges, and strengtheningmanagement, especially production safety management, is particularly important.Each responsible leader should effectively enhance their functional positionand management pattern, and assist the general manager in carrying out safetyand environmental protection management work.
Chairman Xie Jianlong emphasized that thegeneral managers of each company should focus on the management goals set bythe board of directors, adopt a goal oriented, problem oriented, and resultoriented approach, and come up with and implement measures and methods to solveproblems. Unity, cooperation, and responsibility should be emphasized, and theabilities, qualities, and sense of responsibility of leaders at all levels andcadres in various units of the company should be taken as a key task. The correctpropositions of the company should be transformed into the conscious behaviorof all employees, and the management of the company should be promoted to ahigher level.
